Summer Health Raises $7.5 Million To Launch Telehealth Pediatric Messaging Platform For Parents

Summer Health raised seed funding investment of $7.5 million to launch a text message-based concierge pediatric service for urgent care and developmental care. Summer Health is now available in a public nationwide beta nationwide version. Memberships cost $20 per month per family.

The company promises that member text questions will receive a reply within 15 minutes in California, Colorado, Florida, Ohio, Michigan, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Washington state. For members in other states, its response target is less than 24 hours.
