Summit Behavioral Healthcare Opens Crisis Triage Center In New Mexico
Summit Behavioral Healthcare (Summit) opened a Crisis Triage Center (CTC) in Doña Ana County, New Mexico. The center opened on January 1, 2025. It provides immediate, comprehensive care for adults aged 18 and over who are experiencing mental health or substance use crises.
The range of services offered at the CTC include peer engagement to provide emotional support and shared experiences as well as nursing assessments for immediate health evaluations, clinical interventions to address acute needs, medical administration to manage medications, and care coordination to connect consumers with follow-up services.
