Summit Health Acquires Westmed Medical Group & New Jersey Urology, Expanding Access To Its Connected Care Model

Summit Health has acquired Westmed Medical Group (Westmed) and New Jersey Urology (NJU). Westmed is a multispecialty medical practice with locations in Westchester County, New York and Fairfield County, Connecticut. NJU is a large urology practice. Summit Health was formed in 2019 by the merger of CityMD and Summit Medical Group. It is a regional integrated network of urgent, primary and specialty care. Financial terms were not disclosed.
