Sunrise Senior Living Takes On Management Of Two California Senior Living Communities

Sunrise Senior Living partnered with Griffin Living, which develops senior housing, to take on management of two senior living communities in California. Varenita of Westlake Village is a 77,000-square-foot, boutique-style community with 58 assisted living and 28 memory care suites, built in 2022. Both communities offer assisted living and memory care.
