Sunshine Meadows Retirement Community of Buhler, Kansas, has introduced a new service to allow individuals to stay in their homes as they age. "Stay Your Way" is a continuing-care-at-home program that allows people to plan ahead for their long-term care needs and remain in their homes as their needs change, avoiding nursing home admission. It provides advocacy and care management, wellness and education, innovation, and technology, as well as home and community-based services when needed.
