Superintendent Named At Life Skills Transition Center

Susan Foerster was named superintendent of Life Skills Transition Center (LSTC) in North Dakota. Foerster joined the LSTC in 1981 and has held various positions, including special education instructor in the school department, program coordinator, and director of residential services. She previously served as assistant superintendent since 2000. Foerster's responsibilities have included co-chairing a transition task force that focuses on developing community housing and service options, as well as transitioning center residents to community settings.
