Sweetser Opens New Mental Health & Addiction Clinic In Sanford, Maine With $4 Million Federal Grant
Behavioral health provider, Sweetser has opened a new mental health and addiction clinic in Sanford, Maine, thanks to a $4 million, four-year grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Sweetser estimates that approximately 750 more children and families will receive services through the clinic.
Sweetser is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). With the new clinic, it intends to increase timely access to wraparound mental health and addiction services in this area.
