Tabula Rasa HealthCare Acquires Peak PACE Solutions

Tabula Rasa Healthcare (TRHC) recently announced it has acquired St. Louis, Missouri-based Peak PACE Solutions (Peak). Financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.

Tabula Rasa anticipates that the integration of Peak’s services with its own will help to further enhance its value to program of all-include care (PACE) organizations. As part of the purchase’s terms, Peak will become Peak Health Plan Management Services, operating under Capstone Performance Systems, a subsidiary of Tabula Rasa.
