TeamHealth Acquires The Operations Of EmergiNet

TeamHealth recently announced it is acquiring the clinical operations of Atlanta-based EmergiNet. EmergiNet provides emergency medicine staffing for Piedmont Henry Hospital and Piedmont Rockdale Hospital.

EmergiNet’s clinical professionals provide care for more than 135,000 consumers on an annual basis. TeamHealth’s CEO has remarked that the partnership highlights the company’s commitment to safe and high-quality consumer care.
