Teladoc Acquires AmeriDoc, Expands Service Offerings And Member Base

Teladoc, the nation’s first and largest telehealth provider with more than 7.5 million members, announced today the acquisition of AmeriDoc, a telehealth company founded in 2007. This acquisition supports Teladoc’s strategy for growth into new and fast-growing market segments.
