Telepsychiatry Company MindCare Solutions Group Acquires Psych360

MindCare Solutions Group, Inc. acquired Psych360 from Physician Growth Partners. Psych360 provides comprehensive mental health solutions to long-term care facilities including skilled nursing homes, assisted living communities and group homes across four states. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Psych360 was founded in 2015. It currently serves nearly 300 long-term care facilities throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Missouri. In 2018, the company partnered with Physician Growth Partners, a health care services private equity firm.
