TennCare Contracts With Findhelp For SDOH Referral Platform
The State of Tennesseeʼs Medicaid Agency (TennCare) awarded Findhelp a contract to help the state’s 1.7 million beneficiaries find non-medical social care services as part of the state’s Health Starts Initiative to address needs for social determinants of health (SDOH). The contract terms were not disclosed.
