Terra Behavioral Health To Acquire Latitude Recovery Center

Terra Behavioral Health plans to acquire Latitude Recovery Center, adding a standalone facility in Carlsbad, California. The acquisition is expected to increase capacity by 45 consumers at a time and may add hundreds of consumers to the number served annually across Terra’s care continuum. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The transaction is Terra Behavioral Health’s first acquisition since its founding in 2025. In addition to the facility, Terra will add partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services for adults with substance use disorders (SUDs) and co-occurring mental health conditions.
