The Coalition For Behavioral Health To Merge With Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Providers Of New York State
New York state trade associations, The Coalition for Behavioral Health (The Coalition) and Alcoholism and Substance Providers of NYS (ASAP), announced plans to merge. Their memberships will come together on January 1, 2023. All current board members will join to comprise a transitional board that will guide and complete the merger process which will include determining a new name, establishing member benefits, and creating the new corporate structure. The goal is to strengthen their advocacy efforts and member services.
