The Columbus Organization Launches ACCOMPLISH™ Care Coordination Model
The Columbus Organization, a nationally recognized pioneer in care coordination services, introduced ACCOMPLISH™, a new model for delivering services to individuals with intellectual/developmental disability (I/DD), behavioral, medical, and complex care challenges.
