The Stepping Stones Group Acquires Cobb Pediatric Therapy Services

The Stepping Stones Group (Stepping Stones) recently announced it has acquired Cobb Pediatric Therapy Services. The financial terms of the purchase have not yet been disclosed.

Stepping Stones currently provides its therapeutic behavioral health services to more than 300 school districts and 42,000 children across the United States, while Cobb Pediatric serves several schools through the Southeast. The acquisition of Cobb Pediatrics will extend Stepping Stones’ national footprint from 20 states to 25. Mark Norris, Cobb Pediatric’s president, will stay and continue to work with the company.
