Thomas Quinn Named As Deputy Commissioner Of Behavioral & Community Health

Dutchess County Department of Behavioral and Community Health (DBCH) recently named Thomas Quinn, Ph.D., LCSW-R, as its new Deputy Commissioner. DBCH operates out of Poughkeepsie, New York.

In her new position, Dr. Quinn will oversee and direct all services and activities related to community mental health, chemical dependency, and intellectual and development disabilities. Dr. Quinn will also help to lead the county’s “Breaking Through” initiative, which focuses on combatting the opioid epidemic and stigma surrounding mental health issues. Dr. Quinn brings over 37 years of experience in the mental health field to DBCH.
