Thyme Care Launches Integrated Social Support Model, Bringing Proactive Oncology Social Work To Those Diagnosed With Cancer

Thyme Care launched its Integrated Social Support (ISS) model, which provides oncology-focused social work for individuals diagnosed with cancer. Through the ISS, licensed master's-level social workers are the first to intervene when members face barriers to cancer care to help them navigate how to find services and supports.

Since introducing ISS in December 2025, Thyme Care has grown its social work team to more than 40 licensed master's-level social workers.
