Together Senior Health Partners With Rainier Health Network For Dementia Care  

Brain health company Together Senior Health (Together) is partnering with Rainier Health Network, an accountable care organization (ACO) owned by Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, to offer Together’s dementia programs, including virtual interventions used in-home, to Washington state consumers served by the ACO's network.
