Transformations Care Network acquired LightHeart Psychological Associates (LightHeart) in Washington State. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands the Transformations Care Network footprint into the western United States.
LightHeart, founded by Holley Kaskel, PsyD, has been providing mental health services in Redmond, Washington since 2016. The practice is committed to providing excellent relationship-based, systemic therapy to adults, teens, and children. It offers training programs for masters-level mental health counselors, psychology doctoral students and fellows, and doctoral psychiatric nurse practictioners.
