Trinity Health Corporation To Buy Madera Community Hospital In California
Trinity Health Corporation plans to buy Madera Community Hospital, a 106-bed facility in the Central Valley of California. The sale has been approved by California Attorney General Rob Bonta. Financial terms were not disclosed. The conditions of Attorney General Bonta's approval will ensure the Madera community maintains access to critical emergency and surgical services. Madera Community Hospital serves more than 150,000 residents living in Madera and its surrounding communities and is the only emergency hospital within a 30-minute drive.
