Trinity Healthcare Announces Acquisition Of Six Texas Facilities

Trinity Healthcare, LLC announced that an affiliate has acquired the operations of six skilled nursing facilities in Texas. Effective November 1, 2014, the operations were acquired from the previous owners, Homestead Long Term Care Management, LLC.

The facilities included in this acquisition are the Homestead Nursing and Rehabilitation of Baird, Cisco, Collinsville, Gorman,  Hillsboro, and Itasca. All facilities will keep the same names with the exception of Homestead Nursing and Rehabilitation of Cisco, which will soon be changed to Cisco Nursing & Rehabilitation. Along with the name change, Trinity Healthcare is planning to renovate the Cisco facility.
