True Rx Health Strategists, a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM), launched True Outcomes: Diabetes Management, a comprehensive, consumer-centered diabetes management program. The program is marketed to self-funded employer health plans.

For this program True Rx clinical professionals are assigned a caseload of 10 enrollees.
