Tufts Medicine Partners With Synchronous Health To Improve Behavioral Health Care Access Throughout Eastern Massachusetts

Tufts Medicine partnered with Synchronous Health. This partnership provides evidence and measurement-based behavioral health care services, to implement a digital platform that facilitates scheduled telehealth sessions with credentialed professionals and uses an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered bot called Karla to deliver behavioral health interventions on demand. Several Tufts Medicine practices piloted the Synchronous Health platform in the fall of 2022. With this expansion, all consumers cared for through the entire Tufts Medicine Integrated Network will be able to use the platform.
