U.S. District Court Rules In Favor Of LCMC Health & Tulane University Acquisition
The U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Louisiana ruled that LCMC Health can continue to pursue its proposed acquisition of three Tulane University hospitals from HCA Healthcare. The transaction is valued at $150 million.;;
