U.S. HealthWorks Builds Upon Presence In Indiana With Acquisition

U.S. HealthWorks announced on October 30th that it will be acquiring the Workforce Health, South Bend clinic in Indiana. Terms of the purchase have not been disclosed. U.S. HealthWorks will now have 253 medical and onsite clinics in 21 states.

The clinic, which provides comprehensive occupational health services, injury prevention services, and other services, will add to U.S. HealthWorks’ presence in the Indiana. With the acquisition, U.S. HealthWorks will now have 253 medical and onsite clinics in 21 states.
