United Way, Children’s Advocacy Center Announce Partnership To Boost Mental Health Services
United Way of Cass-Clay recently announced it will be providing $300,000 over three years to the Red River Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC). The funds will be used by CAC to bolster the center’s mental health services.
With the strengthening of its services, CAC will be able to more effectively provide trauma screening and forensic interview for children who have been the subject of abuse or neglect. Additionally, CAD will be able to continue assisting with the investigation, prosecution, and prevention of cases of abuse or neglect.
