United Way Of Adams County Names Executive Director

United Way of Adams County's Board of Directors named Vickie Corbett as executive director of the local non-profit organization. She officially assumed her new role on January 1. Corbett has served the organization as vice president since joining the organization in 1996. She succeeded chief professional officer Kathy Nelson who retired earlier last year. As executive director, Corbett is responsible for providing collaborative leadership for the organization and plays a key role in advancing and responding to community priorities that address the organization's focus areas of health, education and income.
