Health care company UnitedHealth will complete its acquisition of Matairie, Louisiana-based Peoples Health. The acquisition will see UnitedHealth obtaining Peoples Health’s 63,000 member health plan, as well as Capital City Medical Group. Financial terms of the purchase have not been disclosed.
