UnitedHealth’s Optum Unit Seeks To Acquire Physician-Owned Clinic Network In Oregon  

Optum Oregon MSO LLC, a unit of UnitedHealth Group that provides management services to physician practices, seeks to acquire The Corvallis Clinic, PC. Optum submitted a notice to the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) about its plans. OHA is accepting public feedback on the notice through January 18, 2024. 

Corvallis Clinic operates 11 clinic locations and an ambulatory surgery center. The notice said Corvallis Clinic is the largest multispecialty group in Oregon's mid-Willamette Valley serving the communities of Albany, Corvallis, Lebanon, Lincoln City, Newport, and Philomath.
