University Of Florida Health Completes Acquisition of Flagler Health
University of Florida Health completed its acquisition of Flagler Health, which includes a 335-bed hospital in St. Augustine, Florida, and other facilities. The organization will be renamed UF Health St. Johns and serve as a regional campus for Florida’s Flagler, St. Johns, Putnam, Clay and Duval counties. The hospital will be renamed UF Health Flagler Hospital.;;
The acquisition was completed September 1. UF Health expects to add an integrated technology strategy, including an electronic health record system and new clinical equipment.;;
