University Of Maryland Center Receives $6.2 Million To Help People With Disabilities Build Careers
The University of Maryland (UMD) Center for Transition and Career Innovation (CTCI) received a five-year, $6.2 million grant to create a pipeline to meaningful, fairly compensated jobs for adults with disabilities. For this project, UMD is partnering with the state of Connecticut on the Connecticut Pathways to Integrated Employment (CTPIE) project, which offers specialized services customized to each person’s interests, skills and needs.
