Use Of Meru Health Shows Significant Reduction Of Depression, Anxiety & Insomnia
On January 22, 2024, Meru Health, in collaboration with Stanford University, Harvard University, and the University of Louisville, published the results of a randomized controlled trial which showed that its therapist-supported holistic digital mental health interventions reduced depression and anxiety symptoms, insomnia, and associated health burdens.
