USR Holdings, which owns and operates addiction treatment facilities in Florida, Maryland, and Kentucky, opened its first residential facility to provide mental health treatment. The facility, branded as Onyx Behavioral Health is located in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.  Onyx Behavioral Health offers individual counseling, group therapy, psychiatric care, holistic healing, medication management, and wellness support.
