Valir PACE Acquires Cherry Blossom PACE In Alexandria, Virginia

Valir PACE, which currently serves seniors across more than 14 counties in Oklahoma through the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), acquired Cherry Blossom PACE in Alexandria, Virginia, from One Senior Care. This acquisition is the company's first outside Oklahoma. One Senior Care serves older adults in rural and Appalachian communities. It views the sale of Cherry Blossom PACE as an opportunity to focus on its core mission while ensuring continuity of care for Cherry Blossom PACE participants.
