Vermont Department Of Corrections Picks Wellpath For $1 Billion Comprehensive Health Care Contract

The Vermont Department of Corrections (DOC) selected Wellpath LLC for a three-year contract valued at $33.8 million annually to provide comprehensive correctional health care for incarcerated individuals. Wellpath will provide medical, mental health, addiction treatment, dental, vision, on-site and off-site specialty, pharmacy, care coordination, and emergency services. There are about 1,300 incarcerated individuals statewide. The contract goes live July 1, 2023.
