Vibra Healthcare Announces Agreement To Purchase Southern Indiana Rehab Hospital

Vibra Healthcare, LLC (Vibra) recently announced it is acquiring full ownership of Southern Indiana Rehab Hospital (SIRH). The purchase is expected to close on June 18 of this year.

According to statements from SIRH’s partnered owners, it is anticipated that the acquisition will improve the hospital’s services, as well as improve the health of those living in southern Indiana communities. Management and operation of SIRH will begin transitioning from KentuckyOne Health to Vibra as part of the acquisition.
