Virginia’s Riverside Health System is set to open a stand-alone Psychiatric Emergency Department at its Riverside Mental Health & Recovery Center (RMHRC) in the city of Hampton this fall. The 15,800-square-foot facility is designed to offer treatment for consumers over age 5 experiencing mental health concerns or addiction.;;
