Vitalchat, which provides artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for virtual and telehealth care, closed its $6 million Series A funding round, led by Green Harvest Capital Industries (GHC Industries). Vitalchat plans to use the funds to accelerate product innovation, market expansion, and deeper AI integration into clinical workflows.

Ankit Patel, chief executive officer of GHC Industries, will join the Vitalchat board. GHC Industries’ co-founder and principal Saagar Parikh will also be taking a board observer role.
