VitalHub Corp. (VitalHub) recently announced it is acquiring Clarity Healthcare Solutions (Clarity). The agreement was reached on January 17, with a purchase price of $353,883.

The acquisition makes VitalHub’s third within the last three months with companies that offer similar solutions. Clarity brought in about $200,000 in revenue in 2017.

VitalHub delivers an innovate platform for the creation of mobile health applications that increases productivity within health care settings. Clarity Health Solutions is a Canadian health care software and consulting services company specializing in patient-centric solutions.
