VNA-TIP Acquired By Celtic Healthcare

VNA–TIP Healthcare announced that the agency has been acquired by Celtic Healthcare, Inc., based out of Mars, Pennsylvania. Celtic Healthcare operates 18 home care and hospice branches in over 70 counties in the Missouri and Illinois area, as well as locations in Pennsylvania and Maryland.

“Celtic and VNA-TIP share the same mission of caring for our patients, our employees, and our communities,” Mark Horton, VNA-TIP’s executive director of business development, said in a news release. “We are excited about and extremely proud to be member of the Celtic Healthcare Family.”
