Vytalize Health To Acquire Consumer Experience Platform Medpilot

Vytalize Health, which provides value-based health care, agreed to acquire MedPilot, a digital health platform. The acquisition brings Vytalize an end-to-end consumer engagement capability to manage its 65,000 Medicare beneficiaries and $1 billion of medical spending. MedPilot's proprietary engagement engine personalizes outreach based on various consumer characteristics and then uses machine learning to optimize communications between the health care professional and consumer. The transaction has been approved by both companies’ Boards of Directors subject to shareholder approval and is expected to close in the spring of 2021. Financial details have not been disclosed.
