Walla Walla YMCA Names New Executive Director

Dominic “Dondi” Cortinas was named executive director of the Walla Walla YMCA in January after a three month national search. Cortinas has been serving as the associate executive director of the YMCA and will officially begin his new position this month. He began work as a corrections officer at Washington State Penitentiary, and has been working in Walla Walla County’s Juvenile Justice Center for the last 17 years.
