WellBe Senior Medical Partners With Security Health Plan To Bring Home-Based Medical Care To Central Wisconsin

WellBe Senior Medical, which provides home-based medical care, has entered into a strategic partnership with Security Health Plan, to bring comprehensive home-based medical care to Central Wisconsin. This launch expands WellBe's footprint to nine states. The relationship with WellBe is especially important due to the plan's extensive rural service area, Security Health Plan's Director of Population Health, Heather Kurtz said.

WellBe Senior Medical and its affiliated medical groups provide personalized care, working with consumers, caregivers, and physicians. It has operations in Georgia, Illinois, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Utah, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
