WellStar Announces Acquisition Of Five Medpost Urgent Care Locations In Metro Atlanta

Georgia-based WellStar Health System (WellStar) recently announced it is acquiring five Medpost Urgent Care facilities in the North Fulton hospital and WellStar Atlanta Medical Center markets. The purchases brings Wellstar’s number of operating urgent care locations to 15.

According to WellStar leadership, the acquisitions will allow WellStar to achieve its goal of providing consumers and their families with more options for care in their own neighborhood. The new facilities include:

WellStar Urgent Care – Woodstock
WellStar Urgent Care – Alpharetta
WellStar Urgent Care – Crabapple
WellStar Urgent Care – Camp Creek
WellStar Urgent Care - Stockbridge
