West Conn Expands Its Behavioral Health Program
Western Connecticut State University (West Conn) recently made expansions to its behavioral health program. The expansion - as well as anticipated future renovations to the program – is made possible through a $1.6 million given to the school from the Health Resources and Services Administration and the Behavioral Health Workforce Education and Training Program.
The university primarily plans to use the funds to focus on safety and crisis protocol, according to statements from school leadership.
