Mon Health System and Charleston Area Medical Center (CAMC) Health System in West Virginia signed a letter of intent to merge and create a new single health care system to be called Vandalia Health. The organizations plan to file a certificate of need with the West Virginia Health Care Authority on April 15, 2022.
