(White-Wilson), a multispecialty physician group serving Florida's Emerald Coast for more than 79 years, announced it has voluntarily filed a petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Florida.
