WindRose Health Investors Adds Bank’s Apothecary To Behavioral Health Pharmacy Platform

WindRose Health Investors, LLC (WindRose), a health care private equity firm, acquired Bank's Apothecary (Bank's), a behavioral health pharmacy. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands WindRoses’s behavioral health pharmacy platform that also includes Terrapin Pharmacy and Ganse Apothecary.

With the addition of Bank's, the platform now serves over 22,000 consumers across 23 states through seven closed-door pharmacies. The platform provides value-added distribution services and medication adherence services primarily to consumers with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI), addiction disorders, and intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD).
