WindRose Health Investors Completes Sale Of Altruix To Frazier Healthcare Partners

WindRose Health Investors, LLC completed the sale of Altruix to Frazier Healthcare Partners. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Altruix, headquartered in Hunt Valley, Maryland, provides pharmacy services for individuals with severe mental illness, substance use disorders, and intellectual/developmental disabilities. According to the company, its services include pharmacy dispensing, care coordination, and access to specialty and limited-distribution medications.

The company reported serving more than 32,000 consumers each month through 17 locations across the Mid-Atlantic region. WindRose first invested in the organization, then operating as Terrapin Pharmacy, in December 2021.
